It's in your mind it starts!
If you are going to be successful in changing your lifestyle, it is important that you also work on mental training, your thoughts and your own motivation. And motivating yourself is difficult, so to do that, it is important to know what are the right things for you to do, but it is at least as important to become aware of what limits you and holds you back.

I realized early on that the mental aspect is a very important success factor. I worked a lot on that part at the beginning of the process, and I still do. Mental training is something you have to be aware of and continuously work on, because there are always days when it is harder to get off the couch, when the bowl of sweets and the TV are the most tempting thing, when you wonder if it is worth it. This is where you should find a motivation factor that suits you, the one you can use to find your motivation on the bad days.
For me, I found, and still find, my motivation on tough days in a few sentences.
I also learned along the way that you should give yourself
the opportunity to enjoy to be lazy, don't stress about exercising, life should be good, there should be room to enjoy...
And don't let anyone hold you down, believe in yourself, don't stress over things that don't matter, accept that there are things you need to leave behind you, living you life looking forward to all the good things ahead.
Sitat:
In the end, only three things matter: how much you loved, how gently you lived, and how gracefully you let go of things not meant for you.
